We offer a variety of evergreen and deciduos trees to both wholesale and retail customers. There are several varieties in our Stockyard and we are planning on limited summer digging.

DPS Trees Sales Policy (Wholesale)- 2007

Pricing  The current 2007 price list cancels all previous quotations. All prices contained here are F.O.B. at DPS Trees, 3189 Summer Valley Road, New Ringgold, PA.  Prices are subject to change without notice. 

Liability  Trees dug during June, July, August (Summer Digging) are dug at the customer’s risk.  Trees are perishable and should be treated accordingly. Keep root balls of B & B trees moist.   We accept no liability for deterioration of cut Christmas Trees that are requested for delivery on or before Thanksgiving Day!  All cut trees should be opened immediately after delivery with butt placed on the ground in a shaded area. 

Shipping  We can arrange for bulk delivery of your material by independent truckers.  We exercise great care in loading and our responsibility ends when we deliver, in good order, the goods to the carrier.  A shipping invoice detailing only species and quantity will be sent with the load. All stock travels at the risk and expense of the purchaser.  Freight charges are payable at the time of delivery.  Customers assume responsibility for unloading truck.

Claims  Claims for any reason must be made on receipt of stock.  Reasonable effort to contact DPS Trees must be made at time of delivery.  Any damaged trees must be returned on trailer to receive credit.  Any shortages must be counted and verified by the truck drivers as well as documented on the bill of lading.  We will not honor claims after goods have been accepted. 

Terms  Payment is due on receipt of shipment unless credit has been established.  All accounts 30 days or more overdue are subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month (18% annually).  There will be a $40.00 service charge on all returned checks, regardless of reason.  Customer shall be responsible for all collection fees and related legal fees.  All cancellations on confirmed orders must be received in writing one (1) month in advance. 

Summer Digging  At the risk of the purchaser we will provide summer digging material at 10% over price to help cover the cost of additional watering and Bio-Plex.   

Holiday Items  A 25% deposit is required to place an order.  All orders must be placed prior to November 1, 2006 and balances must be paid in full prior to shipment – no exceptions.
