Custom Digging

DPS Trees provides Custom Digging for several area nuseries. We have an attractive package on our B & B trees that is designed to hold up in a stockyard situation. Pricing is on a per tree basis and includes basket, treated burlap, treated rope and labor. A separate charge is incurred for removing from the field and loading for shipment. Homeowner Installations

We do install trees and shrubs for homeowners, however we are not landscapers and if additional work is requested we can refer you to someone equiped for such work.

Custom Planting Policy (Homeowners) - 2007

Prices are determined by root ball size and what equipment can be used. There is a travel cost of $3.00 per mile from our home farm at 3189 Summer Valley Road, New Ringgold, PA 17960.

Job minimum is $300 (not including travel) and 50% deposit is required with the balance due upon completion.

There is no warranty on the job or plant material unless purchased. A one (1) year policy is available and the rate is determined by total value of the job.

Due to the nature of installations and the equipment used by DPS Trees we can not be held responsible for any property damage before or after job is completed. Again, if landscaping is needed we can refer you to a professional in our area.

Customer is responsible:

• to water plant material on a schedule (3-4 days a week) with a minimum of five (5) gallons of water per tree.

• fertilize with 8-12 ounces of 18-18-18 by spreading equally around the drip line of the tree. Fertilizer is available for purchase at our farm and should be done in the Spring, Summer and Fall.
